To ensure our products retain their shape and softness for longer, we recommend washing them at 30 degrees Celsius , with similar colors, and inside out. The use of bleach is not recommended as it can damage the fabric fibers.

To prevent shrinkage and loss of shape in our natural fiber fabrics (cotton, viscose, etc.), we recommend hanging them to dry instead of using a tumble dryer. Ironing at a low temperature and, if possible, inside out will extend the life of the fabric.

The most effective way to preserve color vibrancy and prevent pilling caused by friction is to always turn the garments inside out before putting them in the washing machine. This method minimizes wear and tear by preventing the front of the fabric, and any embroidery/print details, from coming into direct contact with the machine drum. Also, bleach should absolutely not be used to prevent color fading. To avoid color separation, try washing with similar shades of fabric.

To prevent the fabric from becoming shiny, iron the garments while they are still slightly damp, at a low temperature, and always from the reverse side. When storing knitted sets, instead of hanging them on hangers, folding them and letting them rest in a drawer will prevent stretching in the shoulder areas and extend the product's lifespan.

You can return items you are not satisfied with or wish to exchange within 14 days of receiving them. Returned items must be tagged, unwashed, and in a condition suitable for resale. (Note: Due to hygiene regulations, returns are not accepted for underwear.)
