Return and Exchange Conditions

We value customer satisfaction. To request a return or exchange for products you purchased from artis.com.tr, simply follow the steps below.

Return Process

  1. Log in to your account and create a "Return Request" by selecting the product you want to return from your orders.

  2. Once your request is approved, pack the product carefully.

  3. Send the product(s) within 15 days from the date of delivery via our contracted Yurtiçi Kargo , with customer number 420318641 , with cash on delivery .

  4. Returns made with other cargo companies are accepted if the shipping costs are covered by the sender.

  5. After the product reaches us, it will be examined by our relevant units and if found suitable, your refund will be made within 3 business days.

Return Conditions

  • In case of return, presentation of invoice is mandatory.

  • Returns of products that have expired, are unlabeled, washed, have damaged packaging or have lost their resalable properties are not accepted.
