INFORMATION ABOUT RETURN CONDITIONS
You can return the products you purchased from artis.com.tr within 15 days from the delivery date, with a counter payment, using our contracted YURTİÇİ cargo company, customer number 420318641. Products sent via other cargo companies are accepted as long as the shipping fee is paid.
It is mandatory to present an invoice for returns.
Returns of products that have expired, are unlabeled, have been washed, have damaged packaging, or have lost their resalable properties will not be accepted.
Your return will be refunded within 3 business days after it is reviewed by the relevant departments of artis.com.tr.
